- 12 hour shifts
- Rotate day/night shift every month
- 4334 shift schedule - 4 days work, 3 days rest. 3 days work, 4 days rest

Get to Know the Role
The position involves offering engineering, production, and application support for inspection equipment, covering operation, troubleshooting, maintenance, installation, and upgrades. Responsibilities include providing first level and front-end support to ensure reliable tools operations and efficient trouble recovery. Routine checks are performed to monitor equipment operating parameters, with prompt updates onto monitoring systems to maintain operations within control specifications. Additionally, the role includes troubleshooting, quick equipment breakdown recovery, and conducting corrective/preventive maintenance, as well as participating in upgrading, modification, or improvement work as needed.
Essential Responsibilities
• Assist in engineering, production, and application support for inspection equipment regarding operation, troubleshooting, maintenance, installation or upgrading.
• Provide first level and front-end support to maintain reliable tools operations and trouble recovery.
• Conduct routine checks to monitor equipment parameters, prompt updating onto monitoring system to ensure operations are within control specifications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment breakdowns, carry out corrective/preventive maintenance, upgrading, modification or improvement work.
• Any ad hoc duties assigned by supervisor/manager.
Skills and Competencies Profile
• Diploma/Degree in Engineering preferred, but not required.
• Relevant work experience preferred, but not required.
• Proficient and have experience Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Good conversational English skills to communicate and collaborate with colleagues.
Additional Information:
• This will be a 2 year contract position.
• Leave approvals for holiday seasons are subject to manpower requirements.
• OT days is subject to change depending on budget and operational needs.
