• Monitors the subcontractor for daily erection / dismantiling / modification of scaffolding.
• Enforces safe work practices at job sites. Monitors and ensure workers work in a safety manner and all scaffolding on the job site are in good and safe confition.
• Attends PSCC (Project Safety Coordination Committee) Meeting. Join daily inspections, weekly Management inspection and Client Audit.
• Monitors and reports scaffolding safety aspects of the project to the Scaffold Supervisor / HSE Personnel.
• Ensures scaffold is being inspected / register tags & check list by the subcontractors and safe for use.
• Responsible for the time keeping of subcontractor's workforce
• Responsible for the good housekeeping for all the shops and erection sites.
• Responsible to stop; if any violation by the subcontractors against the HSE or Quality

Job description:

• Supervise drivers and delivery assistants, ensuring their tasks are effectively managed and monitored.
• Address safety violations or disciplinary issues by reporting them to the Operation Manager.
• Plan, schedule, organize, and assign daily jobs while adhering to safety protocols.
• Liaise with customers to address and resolve job-related issues, including time extensions for export collections when necessary.
• Report cargo damage, traffic accidents, delivery abnormalities, or discrepancies to the Operation Manager or immediate superior.
• Investigate and document incidents/accidents promptly, submitting detailed reports (e.g., Incident Report/CAPA) to management.
• Oversee vehicle and equipment usage, ensure proper maintenance scheduling, and confirm all assets are in good condition.

Responsibilities:

Ensure that works are executed within an acceptable standard of workmanship.

Attend the daily tool-box meeting and convey clear instruction accordingly.

Understand and ensure compliance in project requirement and scope of work.

Able to understand construction and electrical drawings

Performing equipment, material, and routine site inspections.

Ensure work site compliance with Workplace, Safety and Health and Environment Management/Regulation

Liase closely with Site Operations Staff, Project/Site Managers, Government Regulatory Authorities on all Environmental, Health and Safety matters.

Ensure all HSE related safety Equipment and PPE are in order and properly maintained.

Assist to purchase of materials and Deliver to Site.

Job Requirement:

Proven experience as construction foreman In-depth knowledge of construction and electrical works procedures, equipment and OSH guidelines

Min 5 years of relevant working experience

Shift work and weekend duty is required

Diploma/ ITE/ Secondary/ or equivelent education

Building Construction related courses/ Skill Evalution Certificate level 1&2 BCA/ Construction (BCSS) / WSH Safety Coordinator Advance certification course and Coretrade Foreman

Able to work under fast paced environment

Experiences in main-con projects will be advantageous.

Highly proactive attitude, self-motivated, team player, strong problem-solving and communication skills

Project Supervisor will be under Marine service line, the appropriate quality check, the compilation of accurate and customized results reports and other deliverables.

1. Working in workshop and vessels.

2. Good communication skills with Ship Owners and Superintends.

3. Good time Management and work Independently.

4. To perform any other duties & Responsibilities assigned by superiors from time to time.

5. Ability to demonstrate and implement cost -saving measures.

6. Ability to lead to manage project operations, schedule and specifications.

Requirements:

- Min 5 Years experience as Marine Industry.

- Knowledge of MS office.

- Able to work OT.

- Excellent coordination skills.

- Able to working at Height.
