Able to handle all Logistics aspects of the company.Handle staff and heavy logistics vehicles in a large scrap yard environment. Able to work under different weather condition in open yard environment. The job requires odd working hours and able to work extra on weekends whenever needed. The location of work is Tuas and Sungei Kadut. Able to work in heavy machinery industries (scrap) environment.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Measure and report the effectiveness of warehousing activities and employees performance.
• Organize and maintain inventory and storage area.
• Perform periodic provisioning (i.e. Based on historical usage and future forecast, propose the replenishment level and max stock level).
• Monitor, track and report the status of all spare parts.
• Perform issuance of materials to workshop and raise purchase requisitions for materials demanded by workshop.
• Review of operation status with management on a timely and regular basis.
• Maintain good warehouse stock keeping and clean environment at all time.
• Communicate job expectations and coach employees.
• Issue and manage all fleet and keys issue to sub-con and internal vehicle.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Logistics and Supply Chain or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience.
• Possess Singapore Class 3 driving license (Class 4 and/or Forklift license will be an added advantage)

• Knowledge of warehouse software packages and MS Office proficiency.

A leader in Doors supply currently has openings for WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR. This role requires a minimum of 1 year of warehouse management, preferably related to Doors. Must be able to work very independently while still being able to efficiently function in a team. Role also requires supervising warehouse workers and liasing closely with few department.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Direct and manage coffee shop/food court according to company SOPs and regulatory requirements
• Ensure sufficient stocks for daily operation.
• Ensure Cashier fills up the Daily Sales Report accurately and proper handing/ taking over in between shifts should be in accordance to the Company SO

Relevant experience in meat processing is required.

Candidates are required to handle heavy pork carcasses and pork parts.
