• Perform the assigned logistics works e.g. receiving goods, inspection, inventory control, etc, in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures / Instruction given / etc.
• Coordinate with internal and external parties as required by Standard Operating Procedures /instruction/etc.
• Organize stock and merchandise within the warehouse by properly unboxing and storing goods in their designated location
• Maintain accurate records of stock that have been stocked and reported to Customer service/Superior if any stock re-location/cargo not found during picking.
• To ensure all stocks are correctly captured/recorded in system
• Accurate on picking/packing, weight are correctly taken.
• To ensure cleanliness/housekeeping / tidiness of warehouse, warehouse equipment is kept in good order/conditions
• Any ad-hoc task assigned
• Always adhering to warehouse safety to avoid any personal injury / property damag

* Able to work night shift

Requirements：

* Proven work experience or similar role

* Proven customer service experience as a supervisor

* Extensive food and beverage (F&B) knowledge, with ability to remember and recall ingredients and dishes to inform customers and wait staff

* Strong leadership, motivational and people skills

* Acute financial management skills
