Essential Responsibilities :

• Responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, servicing and maintaining machinery, equipment, systems both mechanically and electrically.
• Responsible for ensuring machinery and equipment runs smoothly and reliably.
• Ability to perform preventive and predictive technical preventive maintenance is necessary.
• Maintain a proper machinery asset register to keep track of asset holdings.
• To monitor and control maintenance costs, track the costs of labor, supplies, and equipment repairs.
• Ensure unplanned problems, breakdowns and emergencies are dealt with immediately and their root causes are determined.
• Works to maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed; completes tasks in a timely manner.
• Liaise with OEM, external vendor, operation executives on equipment repair status.
• Adhere to EHS compliance.

Qualifications/Requirements :

• Minimum ITE Higher NITEC/NTC2 in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Must have class 3 driving license.
• Preferably able to read and understand electrical diagrams and mechanical drawings.

Responsibilties:

HSEQ

• Perform blending failure investigations to determine the root cause and preventive actions
• Review filling failure investigations to determine the root cause and preventive actions
• Responsible for Statistical Process Control (SPC) monitoring of IATF products
• Responsible for testing of PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) samples of IATF products
• Ensure the additive bulk & packed storage and handling file for blending is up to date
• Ensure the testing performed by the team is compliant to WI/SOP, IATF 16949 (Automotive QMS) and ISO 9001
• Assist to perform trial blends for product development work. Ensure the optimal formula in accordance to specifications and requirements.
• Ensure HSEQ rules and guidelines are adhered in the lab
• Ensure the availability of the shelf life for all the packed additives

Lab Operations

• Supervise 2 lab technicians in all laboratory works including day to day operations, maintenance of laboratory equipment and keeping a clean work environment using 5S methodology
• Ensure the availability of imported product COA on timely manner and work closely with Customer Service & Logistic to resolve any issues related to imported product COA
• Ensure adequate manpower to support the lab operations
• Work together with assistant chemist for equipment troubleshooting and escalate any equipment issue & any other unusual occurrence to assistant chemist

• Diploma/Degree in Chemistry and Chemical Engineering

The purpose of the mechanical supervisor is to support the Asset Integrity team in field inspection and mechanical integrity support for the commissioning of the expansion project. He or she will also be expected to provide support for base plant day to day functions and plant turnarounds as required. This position provides necessary and essential support to the refinery’s Asset Integrity framework to obtain optimum availability and utilization of static equipment and piping.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITY

• Provides mechanical integrity and inspection support for fixed equipment and piping during pre-comm and commissioning of the expansion plant as well as base plant support where required
• Provides QA/QC support for pre-comm and commissioning of the expansion plant, including review of ITP and NDT reports
• Supervise and provide oversight to activities performed by mechanical contractors
• Supports the review of preventive maintenance instructions/intervals and spare parts strategy for operational readiness.
• Provides oversight on Quality Assurance for work done in the TA, maintenance and projects
• Provide sound recommendations on findings to ensure safe and reliable plant operations
• Ensures all static equipment works are covered by procedures, Work instructions and QA/QC checklists and ITP compliance to applicable codes, standards and specification. Audits the QA/QC process and quality of reports/documentation

Purpose and Scope

As a key member of maintenance team, you will be leading a dedicated team and responsible for the gas plant and service corridor maintenance with the aim of meeting performance targets of reliability and availability and complying fully with regulatory requirements, company policies, SOPs and HSSE standard.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Overall responsible for maintenance of gas receiving terminal, end user’s metering skids, utilities customers battery limit and service corridor to ensure reliability and compliance.
• Align department's direction with the overall organizational and business strategies.
• Provide guidance and supervision to maintenance team to ensure all the different sections within the department is functioning smoothly and timely execution of maintenance tasks. Continuously reviewing and enhancing existing systems (e.g. budgeting, work management etc.) and ensuring that the processes are safe to support operations.
• Review/endorse the final findings/recommendations of root cause failure analysis of major equipment/process failure to prevent future occurrence and ultimately improve reliability.
• Review and recommend annual budget for Maintenance Department; reviewing staffing, equipment, and monitors expenditures after budget adoption; approves purchase requisitions.
• Identify potential areas towards increasing company profits through suitable plant maintenance practices, modifications, debottlenecking, improved and more efficient work methods.
• Management of all approved maintenance contracts. Ensure all maintenance contracts are negotiated and executed in compliance with Sembcorp’s policies.

Qualifications & Experience

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Preferably minimum 10 years of experience in Maintenance fields and 5 years in Maintenance Management in a Power & Utilities Plant, Gas Plant or Petrochemical Industry.
• Extensive gas and utilities maintenance technical and leadership experience with a work history that demonstrates a pattern of accomplishments and advancement will be an advantage.
• Working knowledge of instrumentation and controls, electricity, rotating equipment, structural maintenance are highly desired

Job Requirements:

For Technical Officer:
