Responsibilities & Duties :

• Perform general maintenance and repairs on plumbing, electrical.

Job Description:

• Contribute to Life Science projects for Antaes Asia clients
• Supervise facility cleaners, ensuring adherence to cleaning schedules and protocols.
• Conduct training programs for facility cleaners to ensure proper execution of cleaning procedures.
• Manage the resources and schedules of facility cleaners to maximize efficiency and maintain compliance.
• Oversee the team’s performance through regular inspections and provide feedback as necessary
• Monitor and manage cleaning inventory levels, including cleaning agents, disinfectants, PPE, and equipment.
• Source and purchase cleaning aids, tools, and production-related items as needed.
• Raise shopping carts for consumables, manage delivery schedules, and perform service confirmations for the department.
• Conduct regular audits of cleaning supplies to maintain inventory control and prevent wastage.
• Provide administrative support to the API department, including:

o Monthly 6S Audits and review.

o New Employee onboarding administrative processing.

o Sourcing and purchase of cleaning aids, tools, production related items

o Consumables inventory management such as raising shopping cart, goods delivery schedule.

o Perform service confirmation for the department.

o Document update and management; training coordination

• Enforce health and safety policies to minimize contamination risk and ensure a safe working environment
• Conduct safety training for cleaning staff on safe handling practices.
• Contribute to the promotion of Antaes services on top of assistance provided to client.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Chemical Engineering or equivalent technical related degree is required.
• At least 1 years of experience in working in a chemical or GMP manufacturing environment required
• 3+ years of experience in a cleaning or sanitation role, with at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity, preferably within a pharmaceutical or manufacturing environment.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Good organizational skills; systemic and reliable.
• Knowledge of GMP regulations (preferred).
• Basic knowledge of manufacturing consumables management (preferred).
• Proficiency in spoken Mandarin and/or Malay (preferred).
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team

Job Descriptions

• Experience in installation of fire protection system

Primary Responsibilities

Executes Core Tasks

• Appoints shift in-charged in running of daily operations, provides strong supervision and support towards floor Butlers to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Inspects all VIP arrival suites, conduct checks on in-house suites, resident engagement and ensures presence at departure.
• Takes responsibility and ownership in creating personal connections between Butlers and residents. Carries out managerial duties and any other duties as and when assigned by the management of the hotel and department together with or in the absence of the Head Butler and Assistant Head Butler.
• Ensures close cooperation with the Room Service team to provide a seamless In-Room Dining experience.

Supervises the Butler Team

• Designates department trainer, proactively identifies training needs and schedules consistent trainings in multi-aspect that builds Butlers’ confidence.

• Takes ownership of individual’s growth and identify short to long-term goals to achieve and ensures high colleague engagement and welfare.
• Executes the annual upsell strategy and achieves all goals as set by management as set by management and cooperates with the Front Office team in promoting inter-hotel sales and in-house facilities.

Improves Quality of Product and Services

• Addresses any security incidents and resident complaints to the Assistant Head Butler and Head Butler and reacts proactively when suitable and appropriate.
• Ensures residents receive the experience as detailed brand Standard Operation Procedure (SOP), Raffles Singapore Local Standard Operation Procedure (LSOP) as well as Leading Quality Assurance (LQA) standards, and aims to achieve the scores and goals set by management.
• Adheres to Work Safety and Health (WSH) policies and procedures and ensures all direct reports and peers are trained in and follow WSH guidelines.
• Performs any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned.

Candidate Profile

Knowledge and Experience

• Diploma or Degree from School for Tourism and Hotel Management.
• Minimum 3 years’ Butler or relevant experience with at least 1 year at a supervision level.
• Excellent communication skills in English and ability to communicate in a second language.
