SCOPE

Reporting to the Executive Housekeeper, the Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for directing and controlling the day-to-day housekeeping operations on the Floors or in the Public Areas in order to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness. • Ensure KPI are met for relevant activities for customers.
• Oversee all aspects of inventory control efforts and inventory personnel for the warehouse including cycle count and housekeeping of inventory.
• Identify areas of improvement and establish innovatively work procedure and practices.
• Responsible for the inspection and routine maintenance of associated machines and equipment.
• Ensures high level of safety awareness among the staffs.
• Ensure general housekeeping and cleanliness.
• Monthly presentation and reports preparation on department performance.
• Coordinates all works required to be carried out by Logistics Department generated from other departments or the Management.
• To perform any other ad hoc duties/ task assigned by Superior.

Education Required:

• Min Diploma or Degree in Logistic/ Warehouse Operation / Supply Chain or equivalent

Experience Required:

• Min 3 years’ experience in Logistics role or in the related field.
• High personal, professional ethics and leadership.
• Ability to make decisions and solve problems.
• Ability to plan, organize and priorities work
• A team player, flexible and be readily adaptable to changing conditions and demands.
• Able to work without supervision, equipped with strong customer service mind set.
