We are looking for an individual with great Civil/RC Structural experience for the position of Site Supervisor for our daily onsite operations. The candidate will work directly under the construction and project manager, managing clients, workers and all other stakeholders throughout the construction phase of various RC structural works.

Reporting to the Construction and Project Managers, the candidate will be responsible for constructing, managing and coordinating site-related works with the client, RE/RTO, and the workers to perform the RC work in the strictest compliance with the drawing, specification and contract documents. • As required, assisting the Datacentre Inventory and Asset Management Team (DIAT) with shipping/receiving and inventory management to address high work volumes.
• Flexibility to work non-standard business hours that may include weekends and/or holidays

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in IT / Computer Engineering or equivalent
• 1 year of experience in IT Support & Monitoring

Skill sets:

• Basic knowledge of computer hardware and components.
• Six (6) months or more handling/maintaining any technical equipment or machinery.
• 1+ years’ experience supporting IT equipment or related technology.
• Applicable certifications: CompTIA (A+, Server+, Network+), Basic Structure Cabling (BSC).
• Ability to support frequent standing, walking, lifting, and working at heights with or without equipment assistance.
• Able to communicate effectively.
• Desire to learn, grow, and develop new technical skills

Job Description:

• Monitor cleaning operations to ensure quality service delivery.

• Provide on the job training and coach staff to meet the contractual requirements.

• Ensure environment and premises are maintained at high hygiene standards.

• Ensure cleaning teams adhere to safety measures during cleaning operations.

• To ensure all daily and periodic cleaning works are carry out as per schedule.

• Responsible to inspect job site for proper cleaning.

• Resolve on-site operational issues.

• Respond to customer complaints / feedback with fast action.

• Controlling the monthly order budget and keep good maintenance of machinery and equipment.

• Other work duties assigned by superiors

• Experience in cleaning industry will be an advantage

Requirements:

· Required to work Rotate day/night shift, after working hours, on PH and weekends.

· Required to hands-on in cleaning work using different types of machineries

· Class 2A Driving licence will be an advantage

· Strong problem-solving, interpersonal and communication skills

· Mature and responsible

· Experience in leading a team or people management skills
