• Drawing up work schedules and communicating any adjustments to crew members and clients.
• Delegating tasks and scheduling meetings and training sessions where required.
• Completing quality assurance and providing feedback to the team.
• Act as the main technical adviser for tunnel projects.
• Check plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations.
• Ensure that all materials used and work performed are in accordance with the specifications.
• Oversee the selection and requisition of materials.
• Oversee quality control and health and safety matters for tunnel project.
• Prepare reports as required.
