• Establishes and ensure efficient running of preventive maintenance and service programs, procedures, and record systems
• Set up Planning /Scheduling & Storekeeper functions ensuring a well-run spare parts warehouse & replenishment process
• Monitor and report Maintenance KPIs (PM compliance, work completion rate and time, backlog of deferred work) .
• Develop and update plant maintenance strategy along with an annual maintenance budget and then oversee the financial management / implementation of these plan

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
• At least 10 years of experience in Plant Maintenance
• Experience in Chemical/Petrochemical/Pharmaceutical plant
• Strong leadership
