Roles and responsible of Production Supervisor:

• Ensure production area safety and discipline, and support Health and Safety initiatives.
• Oversee daily tasks of operators and maintain discipline and 6S standards in the production area.
• Coordinate production activities based on the production plan and track progress.
• Drive department performance to achieve KPIs such as material accuracy, efficiency, and productivity.
• Provide quick feedback and troubleshooting, escalating issues as needed.
• Collaborate with other departments to address product defects and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
