• Prepares ingredients by following recipes;slicing, cutting, chopping, mincing, stirring,whipping, and mixing ingredients; adding seasonings; verifying taste; plating meals.

• Completes hot meal preparation by grilling,sautéing, roasting, frying, and broilingingredients and assembling and refrigerating cold ingredients.

• Adheres to proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures;maintains temperature and Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) logs as required and maintains appropriate dating, labelling and rotation of all food items.

• Contributes to daily,holiday and theme menus in collaboration with supervisor.

• Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of equipment, food storage, and work areas.

• Completes cleaning according to daily and weekly schedules and dishwashing/pot washing.

• Listens to customer complaints and suggestions and resolves complaints.

• Implements suggestions within parameter of position and refers more complex concerns to supervisor.

• Participates in and/or contributes to programs,committees, or projects designed to improve quality of service and employee productivity.

• Maintains clean work areas, utensils, and equipment.

• Develop new menu items while improvising the existing ones.

• Maintain and manage kitchen expenses, food cost, inventory and staffing within the budgetary limits.

• Assisting with the preparation of food and the serving of all meals to customers.

• Supervising a team to ensure that the kitchen and service areas are clean and tidy.

8. Perform other administrative duties as necessary.

9. Able to converse and write in Chinese to liasise with mandarin speaking vendor & customers

Supervisor Responsibilities

Supervise daily area/department activities in the CSC

Conduct daily work group meetings

Manage allocated labor to maximize productivity

Schedule and control employees to meet labor productivity and overtime targets

Document and follow up on all department processes in order to implement improvements in Ramp, Dispatch and Dishroom

Ensure compliance with customer specifications, quality standard, FDA, HACCP and other regulations

Equipment and sanitation supervise personnel to maintain proper cleanliness of dishroom

Responsible for the delivery system to the other departments

Maintain the equipment storage room

Transportation ensure on-time and accurate production and/or catering of all flights

Monitor and ensure compliance with ramp safety regulations

Conduct daily manpower planning and adjust as necessary to ensure efficient allocation of labor

Conduct daily safety audits

Ensure all areas of responsibility are properly organized, staffed and directed

Guide, motivate and develop the subordinate employees with the Human Resource Policy

Participate and support company sponsored initiatives such as Quality, Lean Manufacturing, Employee Safety and Security

Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.

Working hours every day is until 10pm.After passing the trial period, one day off every week.

Able to work on public holidays and weekends.

Able to work on night shift and split shift.

Able to communicate in English and Chinese
