· Handle inter-tenancy fitting out works / reinstatements works

· Conduct safety briefings for all contractors and technicians

· Update the ISO 14000 & 18000 documentations & assist Manager for the audits.

· In charge of Quality, Environment, Health & Safety matters

· Review the Risk Assessment & Environment Aspect & Impact Assessment from time to time to ensure a safe and healthy environment

· Review the Standard Operating Procedures e.g. emergency response procedures

· Attend to tenants’ feedback/requests promptly

· Update M&E drawings

· Any other duties assigned by the Building Manager from time to time

Requirements:

· Diploma in Building services / M&E Engineering with min 2 years of working experience in managing office building or ITE certificate in M & E course with min 5 years of relevant working experience

· Able to manage & lead a team of in-house maintenance staff and M & E term contractors

· Preferably with good practical knowledge in ISO 18000 and 14000 matters

· Good written & communication skill

· Has a good safety mindset and displays good WSH behaviour

Job Description

• Handle the daily operations of the store
• Responsible for financial performance of the store, including profit & loss and implement appropriate cost control measures
• Manage the store’s budget and forecasts to meet or exceed management expectations
• Maximize profitability of the stores
• Maintain and improve the overall performance of the store on a regular basis including cost analysis and monitoring of processes
• Supervise food and operational safety to ensure a comfortable environment for the customers
• Provide efficient and professional service to customers
• Drive operational efficiencies of the store by providing operational leadership in support of the organization’s service culture and maximize customer satisfaction
• Control labour through effective manpower scheduling and monitor leave of staff
• Actively involved in staff counselling and propose to management on course of disciplinary action, including but not limited to, termination of employment
• Manage, supervise and groom a team members to ensure maximum utilization of manpower allocated
• Handle all store's administrative duties and any ad-hoc duties from store managers from time to time

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years management experience in Food & Beverage industry
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Possess good organizational and management skills
• Possess good working attitude
