Requirements

• Higher Nitec/Nitec in Mechanical/Electrical/Building Services Field.
  Relevant experience in Building Maintenance background of least 2 to 3 years experience for those without Higher Nitec/Nitec certification
• Knowledge of Electrical schematics and control wiring. Ability to operate Mechanical and Electrical tools.
  Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Sound knowledge in Mechanical and Electrical systems.
• PC literate and proficient in English.
