• Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering with relevant experience in procurement / planning functions.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing industry.
• Familiar with ERP systems, exposure to job shop environment is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes such as machining, coating, threading and raw materials common to O&G industry is preferred

· Oversee the daily operations of the outlet for efficient operations.

· Plan and assign daily workloads to team members.

· Plan team members’ work schedules and compile timesheet

· Report on management regarding sales results and productivity

· Handle preparation and ensure desired quality and standards service are achieved

· Develop marketing strategies to improve sales and profitability

· Provide excellent service experience to all customers

· Handle all customer queries and feedback in a professional and timely manner

· Ensure that policies and standard operating procedures are strictly adhered to

· Guide and monitor work performance of all staff

2. Ensure day to day operations are effectively carried out with a team of skilled technicians

3. Plan for maintenance schedule and work team so as to meet customer's requirements and also comply fully with MOM's rules on OTs and other requirements

4. Constantly looking for business opportunities for the Company with available resources

5. Train new technicians to enable them to acquires necessary skills to maintain airport equipment for customers.
