Key Responsibilities

• Check cleaning equipment condition.
• Coach Service team.
• Coordinate and liaise with clients at the work site.
• Handle complaints and feedback from clients.
• Implement work plans and inspect work done by crews.
• Interact and build relationships with customers.
• Monitor and follow up on compliance with cleaning procedures, workplace safety, and method of statement.
• Submit a daily onsite report to the operation manager.
• Work with members of other teams as required.
• Ensure all assigned duties are carried out, and that resources are efficiently utilized.
• Maintain and control the use of stock, equipment & consumables.
• Timeously request purchase of consumables, equipment, and materials.
• Assist the Operations Manager in maintaining and planning the roster.
• Monitor and report absenteeism to the Manager.
• Actively promote Health and Safety and report any breach directly to the Manager.
• Ensure standards are met and maintained in all facilities, and report shortcomings/faults to the manager.

• Demonstrate the aptitude or competence for assigned responsibilities.
• Able to handle physical work as the role requires walking, lifting, bending, and other physical abilities.
• Computer literacy is advantageous.
• Valid Class 3 driving license.
• Possessing BCSS certification will be a plus.
• Good communication and organizational skills.

Job Description

• To assist the manager in carrying out his/her function by efficiently administering and organizing the outlet into a profitable center and maximizing center’s revenue.
• To lead and supervise a shift which includes inspecting table and work area layouts and settings, ensuring service quality and any other hygiene matters.
• To establish par stock and supervise inventory taking.
• To assist in forecasting staff requirements and in scheduling day off, vacation, and overtime requirements.
• To conduct departmental SOP training for all staff.

Requirement

• At least 1 year of experience in similar capacity.
• Able to work on rotating shifts.
• Positive and engaging personality
