The Centre Management System Support, Executive/Senior Executive is responsible for overseeing the upkeep, procurement & maintenance of all exhibits, audio-visual equipment, facilities and essential services for daily operations for centres/museums under Defence Collective Singapore (DCS).

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintenance Planning: Planning and implementation of building maintenance programs for architectural, electrical, and mechanical, exhibits and attractions AV lighting systems. Job Scope:

• Monitor closely pre-operative patients seen in the wards and clinics on the outcomes of decisions for surgery.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor or other advanced degree in bioinformatics, biomedical engineering, life sciences or relevant scientific or management field.
• Proven success in programme and project management, preferably in a research or academic setting. PMP certification is a preferred.
• Strong understanding of bioinformatics and life sciences.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

You will be part of a team to champion workforce transformation and reskilling needs of the Facilities Management/Built Environment sector. The candidate will be responsible for executing projects and providing operational support for Company’s IT systems such as to Facial Recognition, Visitor Management, Door Access Management, and Facility Security. The role will collaborate closely with users, vendors, and stakeholders to meet goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage and collaborate with stakeholders and align strategies with campus business objectives.
• Responsible for project management and the end to end successful delivery of projects.
• Oversee project tasks including user requirement analysis, solution design, testing, and deployment.
