• Competency Frameworks: Develop functional competency frameworks that aligns with business needs.
• Development Programs: Design and oversee development programs such as mentorships and leadership training.
• HR Policies: Create and implement policies that improve talent attraction, development, and retention.
• Data & Analytics: Analyse talent data and create reports to guide decision-making for management.
• Facilitation Skills: Design, implement, and manage internal programs that enhance employee engagement, professional development, and organizational culture.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Resources or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in talent management.
• Strong understanding of talent assessment tools and development strategies.
• Comfortable working with data and preparing presentations for senior management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
