Managing and Conducting Human Resource Activities

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage, control and keep all as-built drawings up-to-date.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and hands-on Food & Beverage Supervisor to oversee daily operations in our restaurant, ensuring exceptional guest service and smooth functioning of both front-of-house and back-of-house activities. This role requires flexibility and a strong work ethic, as the supervisor will assist in various areas, including the kitchen, dishwashing, and restaurant cleanliness, alongside supervising staff and managing service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise Daily Operations:

· Supervise all front-of-house and back-of-house activities to ensure efficient and smooth restaurant operations.

· Coordinate the activities of the serving and kitchen staff to maintain high standards of service and food quality.

· Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to guests, maintaining consistency in service and presentation.

Customer Service Excellence:

· Provide exceptional service by monitoring guest satisfaction and addressing complaints or concerns in a professional and prompt manner.

· Ensure all staff are trained in customer service and adhere to restaurant protocols.

Assist in Kitchen and Food Preparation:

· Support kitchen staff as needed during peak hours or when understaffed (e.g., food prep, plating, etc.).

· Step in as necessary to help with dishwashing or cleaning in busy situations, ensuring a smooth kitchen workflow.

Maintain Restaurant Cleanliness:

· Oversee the cleanliness of the dining room, ensuring tables are cleared and reset promptly between guests.

· Ensure that all equipment, including dishwashers, kitchen tools, and service equipment, are cleaned and maintained regularly.

Inventory Control and Ordering:

· Assist in monitoring inventory levels and ensure proper stock levels of food, beverages, and supplies.

· Help place orders with vendors, ensuring that the restaurant is stocked with high-quality ingredients and materials.

Health and Safety Compliance:

· Ensure the restaurant complies with all food safety, health, and sanitation regulations.

· Monitor and maintain food storage and handling procedures to ensure safety and prevent contamination.

· Enforce proper cleaning procedures, especially in the kitchen and food prep areas.

Requirement:

· Previous experience in an F&B supervisory role or related position in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

· Experience assisting in kitchen operations and maintaining cleanliness is highly preferred.

· Experience with inventory management, ordering supplies, and managing staff.

· Ability to work hands-on in all areas of the restaurant, from supervising staff to assisting in the kitchen and dishwashing.

· Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in maintaining cleanliness.

Job Descriptions:

• Routine check all equipment, recording and report summary.
• Carry out regular checklist to all plant room facilities equipment - fire protection system,
• electrical system, ACMV system, fire extinguisher, exit light, doors, building fixtures, etc
• at external areas and common corridors.
• Changeover equipment, adjust set point and logging, if necessary
• Able to troubleshoot minor electrical faults and promptly re-set fault from source.
• Manage the routine servicing, maintenance and replacement of parts by term contractors separately appointed by the Client.
• To operate M&E facilities and associated administrative works.
• To attend to tenant complaints and breakdown calls.
• To carry out general maintenance works (eg. air con, electrical and plumbing works) related to the building.
• To perform minor repair work and restore services operating with minimum downtime.
• Ensure smooth operation of all M&E system in the building.
• Operations & maintenance of Fire Protection System, Electrical Power System, ACMV system, Dryers, Compressors, Lifts, BMS, Chemical Treatment, etc
• Perform all facilities management duties assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements:

• NTC 2/3 or NITEC in Mechanical/ Electric/Building
• Computer skills in Ms Words and Excel
