What you will be working on?

Volunteer Recruitment and Management

• To assist in the recruitment of new volunteers via various public roadshows.
• Maintaining and updating volunteer records in VMS.

Event Management & Training Support

• Supervising volunteers during major sporting events, offering guidance and support as needed.
• Coordinate logistics & training support for all key events (e.g. Sport Day, Quarterly Training Weekends, Leadership Sessions and Mass Rally).
• Assisting in planning and executing 10YA celebrations starting from October 2024, including logistics, scheduling, and coordinating with several volunteer committees

What are we looking for?

• Singaporean only
• Minimum Degree in any discipline with exposure in event operation or volunteer management.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

Currently we are looking for a Strategic Management director, who will be responsible for all key front-end related activities of Automotive Line of Business (LOB) including people management, business development and strategic account management in Asia region.

Responsibilities

Build and lead the Account and Sales organization and expand the customer portfolio to meet the company’s strategic growth targets in Asia region

Acquire new customer business, develop and execute new approaches and opportunities for expanding customer base

Lead the client acquisition process and work closely with the respective delivery units to drive the RFI/RFP process

Leverage existing service offerings and relationships to expand Automotive practice into new accounts

Initiate and oversee partnerships with potential technology and channel partners

Be accountable for operational/financial metrics and overall business results of the front-end

organization: target setting, annual budget planning for ALOB sales and accont management organization, resource planning, risk assessment etc.

Cultivate cross-functional communication with the delivery organizations/BUs/horizontal

technology practices

Participate in relevant industry events and professional associations

Job Requirements

Education: A degree in Computer Science / Electronics / Mechanical or Electrical (MBA is a plus)

Good understanding of Automotive industry ecosystem and having a good Automotive network in Asia region

Working knowledge of modern Automotive technologies and ability to bring in tech thought leadership

Experience of selling services, solutions and consultancy to OEM-s, TIER1-s and technology

companies with focus on Digital Cockpit, ADAS/AD, Connected Mobility

Ability to build and maintain executive-level client relationships in complex hierarchical corporate environment

• Experience of working in multi-cultural international environment

• Articulate, excellent presentation and communication skills as well as strong influencing and

negotiation skills to drive results

Responsibilities:

• Support the Project Director (PD) in project functions, including project management, site management, and risk control to achieve project goals.
• Lead and mentor the project team by setting guidelines, providing advice, and supervising as needed.
• Oversee all project management activities from planning and coordination to completion within budget, schedule, and quality standards.
• Assist PD in compiling project progress reports (e.g., Monthly Report, VO Management, EOT Assessment, Project Progress Updates).
• Monitor the project schedule and manage daily operations, setting short- and long-term goals, coordinating with other contractors.
• Conduct technical reviews to ensure contract compliance and adherence to completion timelines.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors, attending regular meetings to ensure project progress.
• Supervise site labor and subcontractors, resolving construction issues as they arise.
• Oversee quality control, safety, and EHS practices on-site, identifying high-risk activities before construction and approving Method Statements.

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent, recognized by the Singapore Professional Engineers Board (PEB).
• At least 10 years of experience in the construction industry.
• Experience in LTA, roadworks, MRT, and viaduct projects.
