Responsibilities:

• To supervise and support the functions of incoming waste segregation including bulk waste and loose waste as well as weighbridge.

Plays a crucial role in the Sales and Marketing department, supporting the sales team and ensuring the smooth operation of sales activities.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Secretarial duties include setting up meeting, taking minutes of meetings and following up on meeting matters arising.

• Maintaining customers information, and inputting sales data into our customer management system.
• Collating sales data and perform sales analysis and prepare sales reports.
• Providing administrative support to the sales team, which include among other duties, managing sales enquiries, the writing of contact reports, preparing pricing documentation and drafting proposals for customers / quotations.
