Responsibilities

• Plan for proper steam and power distribution, as well as arrange advance notice to other department if there is any interruption in power supply from Boiler Plant and synchronizing PUB power supply.
• Regularly conduct patrolling and inspection on site. Ensure efficient functioning of steam boiler, machine and process equipment.
• Update changes of the process and equipment as per MOC. Conduct Hazop analysis, review and revise risk assessment as well as update impacts, aspects and hazards listing.
• Report work injury immediately. Conduct incident/accident investigation. Propose and implement preventive/corrective action to all levels.
• Complete and review monthly operation report (e.g: costs. Productivity, quality, non conformances, etc) as well as prepare and analyze collected operation data sheets and records.
• Maintain filling of all documents, records and drawings in the section.
• Supervise a team of technician and operators in their job performance, conduct motivating or counselling session to improve staff’s quality and quantity of work when required.
• Plan on upgrade for the staff’s skill and knowledge required on the job. Provide sufficient in house training on operation, maintenance as well as emergencies response and evacuation knowledge to staff.
• Observe and enforce EHS rules and regulations, promote EHS awareness, proper usage of PPE items as well as inculcate staff to practice good EHS on the job.

Secondary Role

The organisation is looking to recruit a Family / Personal driver for its senior management. Duties include but are not limited to;

1. Drive and transport family members (including young kids) to their respective activities.
2. Run errands and take care of the family's needs, with priority on child-caring responsibilities.
3. Clean all vehicles on a regular basis and ensure their upkeep, including cash cards, petrol, etc.
4. Ensure that the vehicles are well maintained and meet all safety requirements; ensure safe driving at all times.
5. Perform any other duties as required, such as dispatch, coordinating family events, etc.

Requirements:

• At least 2-3 years of relevant experience, and have driven family members, including younger kids
• Previous experience in handling younger kids is a must
• Possess a valid class 3 driving license.
• Good driving record, and health conditions.
• Good work ethic - Patient, Honest, Responsible, and Punctual.
• Flexible in work hours as activation might be required.

Working Schedule:

• Mondays to Fridays - 8.30am – 6.00pm (may be adjusted on a needs basis, to be mutually agreed by both sides)

Responsibilities:
• Clean food waste on the crockery (Plate, bowl, spoon, etc.)
• Place all the crockery into the dishwasher for cleaning

The Business Consultant will review overall operations, identifying inefficiencies and recommending solutions to improve workflows and service protocols. Will ensure the establishment complies with local regulations and enhances workplace safety by addressing unsafe practices. The consultant will assess staff performance, provide training, and implement programs to boost customer satisfaction. Will also evaluate supplier contracts and inventory systems, suggesting improvements or software solutions for greater efficiency. Lastly, will review financial statements and marketing efforts, providing strategic recommendations to optimize profitability and attract more customers.

1. Reviewing the overall operational performance, and identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies and recommend solutions, leading to new service protocols.

2. Ensure the establishment is aware of and adheres to local regulations.

3. Identify and correct unsafe work procedures or conditions and make recommendation to improve current procedures.

4. Assess the staff's current skill levels and performance, and develop, implement training programs, and give demonstration to the staff, to increase customer satisfaction.

5. Evaluate suppliers, contracts, and inventory management systems and recommend alternative vendors or introduce food and beverage industry software to improve their efficiency.

6. Review the establishment's current marketing, branding efforts, and suggest marketing campaigns or branding initiatives to increase customer footfall and results.

7.Examine the establishment's financial statements, revenue streams, and cost structures to provide useful suggestions.

Planning and Coordination

- Knowledagble in Requirement Management Plan

- Follow up and Update Installation, Test and commissioning documents in accordance to the required specification for external interface.

- Interface clarification and technical integration of all COM systems in the area of installation, Testing and Commissioning (ITC) within the station, wayside and depot, including the interfaces to the existing and other systems.

- Technical clarification and support relate to installation, testing and commissioning with subsystem, customer and consultant. Providing feedback concerning analysis of the technical problem and answering technical inquiries related to ITC.

- Produced and follow up report progress of the work

- Follow internal process to raise any non-conformities found at site. Trouble shooting of the system errors found and liaise with Engineering team for remedial actions.

- Knowledgeable about the CBTC system is preferred

Liaise with procurement and logistics on material deliveries based on the testing to be performed and planned in advance for the pre-requisite

Installation Activities

- have background /experience in installation is preferrence

- Knowledgeable with the quality control process

- knowledgeable about the handover process from installation to test.

Test and Commissioning

Singapore Special Requirements(Optional) if available is better

- having a LEW license is preference

- have brown fieild experience

- Having a good knowledge from train delivery and manage to undergo installation, static and dynamic testing.

General Requirements:

- Knowledgde with linux, windows operating system and command line.

- Knowledge in networking

- Knowledge in electrical and software troubleshooting.

- good knowledge about integration for wayside and vehicle testing

- Knowledge of installation, testing and commissioning activities

- Knowledge of relevant European and International Standards

- Knowledge of engineering processes

- Experience in project realization, preferably in an international project environment

- Experience in planning, installation, testing and commissioning of telecommunication and/ or fare collection railway is preferable

- Intercultural experience

- Knowledgeable with the cisco switch configuration

- Knowledgeable how to use the RF test tool, LAN cable tester, F/O OTDR tester and read the result.

- Experience of work on or around railway tracks and on vehicles.

- Good knowledge about routines after replacement and repairs of equipment.

- Good knowledge and understanding of the ITC process.

- Good knowledge about applicable test methods.

- Able to read and interpret drawings and circuit diagrams

- Good knowledge about EMC

- good knowledge with interlocking testing

- Good command of English

- Good knowledge about integration testing with wayside signalling system and other external interface(SCADA, Telecom and etc. )

Generic Skills

- Assure sites are properly stocked with test tools. And test tools are periodically calibrated per AT standards.

-Participate in the Factory Acceptance Testing in the lab and preparation of FAT plan.

- Lead site commissioning activities of radio-based train control systems, including Functional tests and System Acceptance Test (SAT) and System Integration Test (SIT) and ensure that all interfaces to the signalling system are appropriately tested.

- Lead test and commissioning of the On-Board, Wayside, and Radio system system

- Liaise with Engineering / supplier for any design changes and modifications necessary subject to test results

- Record, report, and endorse test results when appropriate.

- Ensuring that testing activities are carried out in timely, logical and cost effective manners.

- Work with Engineering team for the evolution of drawings (ie. mark-up, change order, and transmittals) until the as-build stage.

- Develop productive relationships with client’s teams to ensure successful handover and post-implementation operation of projects.

- Plan and schedule site ITC activities in accordance to the rolling programme, that align with the master programme

- Produce red correction based on the released drawings and

- Correct and rectify failures occurs during T&C phase.

- Raise NCR(None Confirmity) / MNCR (Material None Confirmty) / Fault report during fault found.

- Conolidate / track the following; records, software, hardwares, field changes.

- Implement field change orders

- Prepare installation and test and commissioning procedures / method statement for the communication-based train control system

- Verify the quality of installation works and raise concern if there is a quality issue.

- Troubleshooting, analysis in case of any issues encountered.

- Able to have a good collaboration with the vehicle testers and wayside testers during interface testing.

- Lead / Support the department for the payment milestones related to the test and commissioning
