Role Description:

As a MSAT Chemist, you can expect o plan, organise and carry out experimental work with the objective of:

• Improving existing processes on plant
• Developing and making improvements to processes for new products so as to contribute to the successful introduction of new products/ processes to the plant

Key Responsibility Areas:

• Provide technical support for routine manufacture and to commissioning teams in the commissioning of established/ new products, as well as conduct training in process chemistry to the relevant parties
• Evaluate the quality of raw materials and intermediates to ensure that it meets company’s specifications, and liaise with external suppliers to provide feedback on the quality of materials
• Support technical, genotoxic and material risk assessment for change implementation and maintenance of the control strategy throughout product lifecycle
• Support trending and review of key process parameters and attributes as part of Continued Process Verification (CPV)
• Provide technical support for routine process decontamination activities (includes identify process residues, support cleaning risk assessment, cleaning limits calculation, support unknown peak investigation, improvement to current decontamination method, etc)

Job Description

• Support full spectrum finance duties, including but not limited to procurement, payments, accounts receivables in line with hosting institutions and grantor guidelines
• Provide grant management administration, such as grant claims, progress report’s financial reporting and other grant variation request.
• Provide administrative support, such as assets management, filing, phone enquiries, mails collections, stationery orders, etc
• Provide finance and administrative support for Annual Scientific Meeting and assist in pre and post event activities
• Assist in other finance or administrative functions as and when required by team

Qualifications

Degree in Administration, Accounting or Finance, and minimum 2 years of work experiences

• Positive working attitude, proactive and willing to learn
• Good organization and communication skills
• Experience in SAP HANA, Ariba
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office application like Excel, Word, Teams, DocuSign and online communication application is an added advantage

Maltem Singapore is currently seeking a Junior Data Management Specialist for our Wealth Management Client.

Summary:

Support Research Data Management BAU and projects.

Skillset Requirements:

• Possess a degree in Engineering, Computer Science/Information Technology or related fields from recognized tertiary institution.
• Data Operations, Data Quality Checks and UAT focused is a must.
• Relevant experience in interacting and liaising with Vendor counterparts.
• Possess 1 to 3 years of relevant data operations working experience.
• Experience in managing data reconciliation/quality checks/dashboarding (implementation, monitoring and troubleshooting).
• Ensure that the data issues are actively detected, tracked, and fixed without breaching SLA.
• Hands on experience in Snowflake and Tableau.
• Basic Python will be advantageous.
• Experience in performing User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Able to work closely with business end-users, Data Vendors, Data Product team and Data Engineers to facilitate ingestion of new data and provide support existing data while adhering to our established data framework processes.
• Experience in in providing documentation support, e.g. in technical/functional specifications.
• Able to provide clear requirements and collaborate with Data Engineers to enable robust and scalable design of data solutions for data ingestion and management across our diverse range of datasets.

Job Requirements

• Higher Nitec / Diploma in Aviation Managamemt / Engineering Equivalent
• No experience is required, Full training will be provided
• Knowledge of SAP will be an advantage
• Must be comfortable with 12 hours rotating shift work arrangement
