Job Scope:

• Chauffeur the Authority’s staff and business partners to and/ or from venues such as office, meeting venues, airport terminals and homes and support delivery of meeting and event materials if required.
• Ensure that the Vehicles are safely and securely locked when they are not in use.
• Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip safety and maintenance checks to ensure that the Vehicles are always in good operating condition. • Ensure that the value of the cash cards for the Vehicles are always sufficient for the daily trips and top-up the cash cards whenever the balances run low.

Requirements:

• Possess valid Class 3 driving licence to drive in Singapore with clean driving records and no records on suspension and revocation of driving licence.

-Perform general nursing duties which includes performing of clinical procedure/patient’s vital signs monitoring

-Assist Doctors with the provision of treatment and patient examinations

-Maintain regular checks on drugs and essential / emergency equipment

-Perform reception duties, scheduling of appointment, registration, dispensing of medication, payment collection and administrative duties relating to patients.

-Provide assistance to the Clinic Manger in ensuring the smooth operation of the clinic

-Handle TPA (Third-Party) Claims, Medisave Claims, Insurance Claims and other documentations
