Job Scope:
- Chauffeur the Authority’s staff and business partners to and/ or from venues such as office, meeting venues, airport terminals and homes and support delivery of meeting and event materials if required.
- Ensure that the Vehicles are safely and securely locked when they are not in use.
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip safety and maintenance checks to ensure that the Vehicles are always in good operating condition. This includes performing routine checks including but not limited to checking the condition of oil, brake function, water, lights, tyres, etc, and alerting the Authority of any requirements for maintenance or repairs.
- All cleaning equipment and products needed to maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the Vehicles shall be procured by the Vendor.
- Check mobile phone messages on Vehicle booking alerts, the Authority’s vehicles booking system and emails for details of the assignments. Respond to the phone messages and calls from the Authority’s staff relating to the assignments. Communicate promptly to the staff who booked the Vehicles, the intended passenger(s), and/ or the Authority’s point of contact regarding the assignments whenever necessary.
- Ensure that the value of the cash cards for the Vehicles are always sufficient for the daily trips and top-up the cash cards whenever the balances run low.
Requirements:
- Possess valid Class 3 driving licence to drive in Singapore with clean driving records and no records on suspension and revocation of driving licence.
- Preferably with at least 3 to 5 years of experience as personal drivers with statutory board, foreign embassy or MNC or as limousine and private-hire car drivers and have experience in operating MPVs.
- Good verbal, listening skills and able to read and write in English. Responsible, proactive, alert, customer-oriented and have good time management skills.
