About the Role

• The Director Environmental, Social, Governance and Reputational (“ESGR”) and Net Zero (“NZ”) Client Risk Management role is to help manage ESGR (including Climate) risks with a focus on outbound, environmental and social non-financial risks. • The Director ESGR & NZ Client Risk Management, CIB will be responsible for the following:

Leading on review and challenge of Reputational Risk and E&S matters and to ensure financial services (including advisory services) are carried out in compliance with the Bank’s referenced environmental and social standards (including the Equator Principles) and this is captured accurately as part of the bank’s ESGR risk assessments. RESPONSIBILITIES

The Asset Management team is responsible for BW Group vessels management activities such as investment/divestment of vessels, identify business opportunities, generate returns through asset play, long term projects and/or forward paper markets as well as supporting other business units in their sales and purchase activities.
