Your primary focus will be on the infrastructure, business requirements and functional solution aspects of the Document Management System. In this role, you will work in an operations team, in collaboration with key stakeholders, to:

• Minimum 5 years of working experience

• Manage a portfolio of hotels by supporting the income audit function (Room sales only) in daily and monthly reconciliations performed at HQ
• Reconcile sales to payment advice to ensure accuracy of collections
• Review accuracy of rates against approved rate grids
• Ensure the accuracy of financial transactions posted through the hotel Property Management Systems
• Providing ad hoc support to accounts team where required
