The Business Planning Manager is responsible for strategic reviews, implementation and roll out of initiatives related to our 5-year strategic plan.

The right candidate will be an expert in communication and stakeholder management experience and be at ease interacting with executive management, analyzing the P&L and influencing regional stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic support to Head of Property & Casualty, Asia on short and long-term business planning, with high level of attention to detail
• Short and long-term strategic planning support to the business units that are meant to develop and capitalize business opportunities
• Support annual strategic planning and budgeting for the organization and manage and review key performance indicators
• Support Product Line Heads with key strategic projects
• Support quarterly reviews with LOB heads and business units
• Program Management - work with consultants / business units or across LOB’s to implement changes in line with our strategic plans and action items from reviews
• Preparation senior level presentations
• Review internal and external communications

Requirements:

• Proven leadership capabilities with 5+ years’ experience at a senior / executive level
