JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Dynamic and motivated personality with good communicative and interpersonal skills
• shall be qualified, competent and experienced with tertiary qualification in construction, recognised either by the respective Professional Bodies, professional institutions or Building and Construction Authority.and with experience managing and co-ordinating large-scale projects effectively, and with experience performing as a Project Manager role for industrial and/or large-scale developments.
• Good leadership to lead a team of project staff
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office and familiar with Microsoft Project
• Possess Construction Safety Course for Project Manager Certificate
• Mandrian speaking is esstional knowledge due to coordinate with Chinese investor and owner.

Fully accountable for rig activation, safety of people and management of rig assets in accordance with company's core processes and performance standards.

• Management of rig activation, costs and personnel to meet the Company’s business objectives
• Anticipate, quickly troubleshoot and resolve operational, equipment issues
• Proper planning of reactivation is carried out to meet operational requirement
• Within the range set out by the company, ensure that an adequate level of inventory and consumables is maintained and the emergency repair of safety and operations critical equipment
• In coordination with team, ensure that supervision, direction and training is provided including compliance with all safety and operational procedures
• Plan and supervise rig moves including rig up / down procedures
• Drive adherence to Company policies, guidelines and work requirements
• Promote a diverse and inclusive work environment where employees of all backgrounds feel included and their contributions valued
• Ensure people development, performance management and succession planning is established
• Provide leadership to ensure the safety of all onsite personnel with the goal of an incident-free operation

• Responsible for the successful delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed on time and meeting requirements within allocated budget.
• Monitor construction productivity and schedule performance.
• To Ensure the quality of products are good and return to suppliers if any damage.
• To Company Safety Standards and promote safety culture among the ranks throughout the Company.

Responsibilities:

• To plan and setting schedules and budgets.
• Keep abreast of progress and provide instructions to ensure work is carried out as planned.
• Able to manage budgets and procure and manage materials and equipment appropriately.
• Formulate plans, check progress and control quality.
• To check Ship design drawings and technical specifications
• Confirm compliance with IMO, classification standards (ClassNK) and inspections (JG) stipulated by the Japanese government and comply with technical standards.
• Safe work planning by setting workplace safety rules and engaging in safety training.
• To prepare progress reports and report it to head office.
• Maintain appropriate technical drawings, specifications, and reports.
• Identifying and resolving problems occurring in the field and proposing improvements to increase efficiency and quality.
• Facilitate coordination with relevant parties (shipyards, classification societies, manufacturers, etc.) to ensure smooth operations.
• Thorough control and rapid response in spare parts stock management, repairs and maintenance.
• Manage work teams, liaise with other departments, and coordinate effectively with clients.
• Communicate and cooperate with shipyard personnel and ship's crew, and able to identify root causes and suggest appropriate countermeasures in resolving problems.

Requirements:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 20 years of experience operating and maintaining working vessels in the owner's capacity.
• Experience in working at civil construction sites.
• Experience in shipbuilding such as TSHD or any other type of work vessels.
• Construction using a large floating crane (SWL 3,000t or more).
• Experience in dredging works using TSHDs, Cutter suction dredgers, and or Grab dredgers.
• Experience in reclamation works using TSHDs.
• Experience in planning electrical equipment.
• Good knowledge of Electrical circuit diagrams.
• Good knowledge of Programmable Logic Controllers and programming such as PLC ladder, function block etc.
• Well-versed in ship maintenance requirements.
• Positive working attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive troubleshooting/finding root cause with the ship's crew on board.
