Ambulance Wish (Singapore) Ltd. is a registered charity with an Institution of Public Character (IPC) status. Incorporated in May 2019, our work supports terminally ill patients and their loved ones through the simple but deeply meaningful act of wish-granting. By helping to fulfil these wishes, Ambulance Wish Singapore wants to transform the end-of-life experience for patients with a limited prognosis of less than 12 months, giving them and their families a measure of joy, peace and comfort. This will be a full-time position, reporting to the Executive Director (ED), and will play a key role in supporting Ambulance Wish Singapore’s finance, governance and administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Finance

• Responsible for all accounting and financial functions of the organisation, including financial reporting, budgeting, and financial processes
• Provide input to the management on all business matters that impact revenue and expenses
• Continuously identify and implement process improvements to reduce costs throughout the organisation

3. Human Resources

• Assist the ED with the reviewing and creating of human resource policies and procedures and ensuring they are updated and included in the HR policies

• Coordinate on-boarding session with other departments and track on-boarding checklist
• Develop and maintain employee P-file (personnel/records maintenance, benefits/records)

• Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue across all departments (rooms, food and beverage, events, etc.).

• Provide regular updates on sales performance, operational metrics, and financial results.
• Collaborate with the Revenue Management and Sales teams to optimize pricing, distribution, and inventory strategies.

Sales Oversight

• Work closely with the Director of Sales and Marketing to ensure effective campaigns and promotions align with the hotel’s business goals.
• Drive initiatives to attract and retain key accounts and business partnerships.

Operational Leadership

• Oversee the performance of commercial departments (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Events, and Reservations).

• Ensure that commercial strategies are aligned with delivering an exceptional guest experience.
