About the role

The Implementation Manager will be responsible for delivering customer focused solutions from requirements definition, building and integration, testing, go live and hand over to support functions. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire product lifecycle, including market research, competitor analysis, roadmap development, and product launch.
• Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for engineering teams to prototype and develop.
• Create comprehensive product strategy documents, covering business cases, use cases, technical requirements, and ROI.
• Analyze market data to inform sales strategies and define product objectives that drive impactful marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, marketing, and sales teams to ensure seamless product development, QA, and release.
• Develop product positioning and messaging that clearly differentiates TADA Mobility in the mobility market.

This position reports to the director of MUSSEN PTE. LTD. The Operations Manager develops operational processes that are efficient, effective and aligned with organisation guidelines. He/She also takes the lead in managing the efficient storage and deployment of products while managing conflicts related to trade transactions with his knowledge in trade regulations and guidelines.
Equipped with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, he is able to collaborate closely with a diverse range of stakeholders in managing the organisation’s local and regional trade operations. He is a proactive individual with a methodical mindset, enabling him to address complex issues in a challenging business environment.
