Roles & Duties:

• Assist project director in managing day-to-day site coordination and planning implementation; such as liaising with sub-contractors in planning of manpower allocation, materials and equipment requirement,
• Assist project director in ensuring that site works are executed accordingly based on approved detailed drawings, interpreted plans, and requirements of relevant authorities.
• Assist project director in ensuring workplace safety and health compliance on site along with colleagues at all times.
• To lead a construction team in ensuring smooth execution of daily tasking.

Requirement:

• Must be experienced in Landed Residential Construction Project.

Main Duties:

1. Manage / Supervise & Coordinate project's day to day activities including installation and coordination with consultants, main contractors and subcontractors.
2. Coordinate and report to Client with site coordination, site progress and site execution matters.

9. Ensures safety documents and issues work permits to contractors in collaboration with Project Engineer and site safety officer.
10. Hold the weekly and monthly project meetings with contractors and other key persons to update the status and activity of the project.
11. Ensures that weekly or monthly project status reports are recorded by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends; recommending actions.
12. Manage and coordinate vendors and suppliers during commissioning and testing of the equipment and systems with the assistance of commissioning engineer and project engineer.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent engineering education.

Experience:

• Minimum of 5 yrs experience working on site installation coordinator and construction management.

As a Transcreation Project Manager, you'd be responsible for project managing localisation work for our client's Marketing Communication materials across different platforms. Working closely with our client's Marcom Project Managers and a network of creative talents from various markets across South East Asia (SEA), you'd also engage with other cross-functional teams of producers and project managers to ensure work is delivered on time, on quality and within budget.
