Responsibilities
1. Training and Development
● Facilitate training programs for MT, Store Managers, Store Supervisors, Floaters & re-training of staff within the assigned zone.
● Ensure consistency in the application of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and brand guidelines across all outlets.
● Create SIC, Full Time & Floater training checklist, to re-check every 1 month and provide updates monthly.
2. Compliance Oversight
● Conduct regular audits of outlets (weekly) within the assigned zone to ensure adherence to brand standards, operational protocols, and customer service excellence (opening / closing / SA1 / SA2).
● Provide feedback and corrective actions to address non-compliance issues promptly.
● Ensure that staff handles cash according to standards (Correct payment methods selected, maintains precise cash registers, reports all discrepancies, drops cash bag into the safe box during closing)
● Monthly SIC & Full Time promotion training plan
● Inspection work, including outlet hygiene and staff grooming
● Responsible for opening and closing stores in accordance with the operational process, on-duty management and ensuring quality and food safety.
● Responsible for guiding, managing, and supervising how store employees promote sales, improve work quality and service attitude, and complete assessment for staff.
● To maintain the safety of the store, not to allow unauthorized visitors/non existing company staff into the outlet without HQ approval.
● Strictly not allowed to accept interviews in the workplace without permission/post any private & confidential details of the company / defame the company / sell company items or products privately or take away company items/products (including staff drinks)
3. Performance Enhancement
● Identify areas for performance improvement within outlets and propose plans for implementation in collaboration with the Operations Excellence Team.
● Drive continuous improvement in sales, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
● Ensure smooth operation of outlet sales.
4. Operational Support
● Provide hands-on support during critical operational periods or for outlets facing challenges.
● Collaborate with Store-in-charge to optimize inventory management (First Expiry First Out practices, accurate & punctual monthly stocktake & wastage submission), employee scheduling, and overall outlet performance.
● Fixed schedule at certain outlets weekly (assigned zone)
● Motivate and push staff towards their sales and cup sold target
● Follow up / assist on marketing events, plans and trainings
● Follow up on food safety and outlet maintenance schedule
● Find outlets or staff with manpower control issues and customer feedback on quality, as well as come up with and execute training plans to improve.
5. Communication and Reporting
● Establish clear communication channels with Store-in-charge, Scheduler, Operations Excellence Team, and HR Business Partners.
● Provide comprehensive and timely reports on compliance, training effectiveness, and performance analysis within the assigned zone.
● Communicate with new full-time staff and assess the effectiveness of their OJT.
● Assist in inspecting the capabilities in various stations of outlet staff (worked 3 months and above) within the assigned zones (to achieve at least 90%)
6. Employee Engagement
● Foster a positive and collaborative work culture within the assigned zone.
● Conduct regular engagement sessions, address concerns, and contribute to a high level of employee morale.
● Be able to conduct training sessions independently
7. New Outlet Openings
● Play a key role in training teams for new outlet openings within the zone.
● Reserve and formulate training plans for potential SIC candidates within the assigned zone.
● Train new SIC to complete the basic training for new outlet openings, and supervise the store operation process to meet operating standards.

● Ensure a seamless transition and adherence to brand standards during the launch phase.
8. Outlet Closure / Handover process
● Manage the outlet closure process, ensuring a smooth transition and minimal wastage of perishable items.
● Train SICs to complete the basic training for permanent store closures and supervise the process, ensuring proper closing standards.
● Oversee the handover process during changes in Store-in-charge, ensuring a comprehensive and organized transition.
9. Staff Confirmation
● Complete staff confirmation on-site according to given guidelines/standards and complete by given deadlines within assigned zones
Requirements
● Proven experience in a multi-unit retail or food service management role.
● Strong training and facilitation skills.
● Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
● Flexibility to travel between assigned outlets within the zone.
● Flexibility according to company’s arrangement/manpower needs - Weekends/Morning, Afternoon or Night Shift/Public Holidays (E.g. Christmas, Chinese New Year), and to do Store Opening & Closing (at least once a week – able to be flexible according to company arrangements)
● Passion for the bubble tea industry and a commitment to upholding high-quality standards.
● Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
● Ability to work alongside frontline staff, adhere to principles, and maintain a strong sense of responsibility with a positive and proactive attitude.
● Gain comprehensive knowledge of the company's food and beverage operations through rotational training.
● Drive sales and profitability across outlets.
● Develop expertise in restaurant operations, including manpower scheduling, administrative tasks, and inventory control.
● Oversee proper training for new employees and monitor their progress.
● Ensure compliance with outlets' operations, company policies, and safety regulations.
● Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene as per NEA regulations and company policies.
● Prepare business reports and assist with ad-hoc duties.
● Regularly assess individual performance and collaborate with superiors for career progression.
