Job Scope

• Maintain IT documentation for maintenance, updates, deployments or change requests
• Maintain GCP, Azure, Microsoft cloud platforms and other cloud based IT infrastructure
• Maintain and patch servers and systems regularly
• Maintain backups and restoration tests
• Maintain cybersecurity and integrity against intrusions and vulnerabilities, preventing data loss, compromise.
• Manage IT Request and ensure all IT Requests are processed in a timely manner with SLA
• Manage and support employee workstations, laptops or mobile devices for end-users to be in good working condition
• Respond to alerts, issues or incidents promptly
• Conduct IT induction training for users
• Participate in internal or external audits and accreditations
• Sourcing and purchasing of IT equipment

Requirements

• A Diploma/ Degree with at least 1 year of relevant working experience
• Willing to learn with adaptable mindset and passion for IT
• Good communication skills and rapport with staff
• Proactive and responsible to resolve problems.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design, deploy, and manage Kubernetes clusters in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Automate infrastructure deployment
• Implement best practices for containerization and orchestration across multiple environments.
• Ensure the reliability, scalability, and security of the Kubernetes infrastructure.
• Monitor and maintain cluster health, load balancing, and service discovery mechanisms.
• Collaborate with DevOps and development teams to create efficient CI/CD pipelines for seamless software delivery.
• Troubleshoot production issues related to containers, microservices, and networking.
• Optimize cloud resource usage to achieve cost-efficiency and performance tuning.
• Stay updated with the latest technologies and trends in Kubernetes and cloud-native practices.

Skills Required:

• 3+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure engineering or DevOps roles.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes (setting up clusters, managing pods, scaling workloads).
• Experience with at least one major cloud platform: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Strong understanding of containerization tools
• Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or ArgoCD.
• Proficiency in scripting languages

• Up to $8,000 per month

Responsibilities:

• Design and build data pipelines infrastructure to collect, process and store data from various sources.
• Develop data assets platform to provide a centralized repository for managing and accessing data assets.
• Implement automated SQL queries based on user-defined criteria or business requirements.
• Use techniques like query templates, metadata-driven generation, or machine learning algorithms to generate SQL queries.
• Create new IPs in Singapore in area of expertise.
• Manage collaboration projects with Institute of Higher Learning or Research Institutes on new technology development.

Requirements:

• Degree / Masters / PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics Applied Sciences or related field.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, Java or Scala programming languages.
• Understand data warehousing concepts, ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes and tools like Informatica, Talend, or Airflow.
• Knowledge of relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra).
• Familiar with Apache Airflow, Kubernetes or Ansible for automating data pipelines and infrastructure.
