• Manage manufacturing operations, to ensure quality, production reliability, equipment maintenance and cost performance to meet customer requirements.
• Schedule, execute, and drive production activities and throughput according to production and delivery plan.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical / Electrical & Electronic/ Mechatronics Engineering.
• 6 to 8 years’ experience as a Production Manager or Assistant Production Manager.
• Experienced in the IC chip module mass production/semiconductor OSAT/backend semiconductor manufacturing.
• Working knowledge of die-attach, wire-bonding, encapsulation, chip module testing process and equipment.
• Have managed a team of 100 - 150 people in a mass production environment.
• Knowledge in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, QEMS, and RBA is advantageous.
• Strong leadership and delegation skills with practical and analytical approach to problem solving.
