Responsibilities:
- Liaise with area managers to develop and implement HR strategies that are appropriate for their business needs
- Evaluate the organization’s future workforce needs in order to recommend changes to the organizations’ human resource programs to meet these needs.
- Lead, direct, evaluate and develop a team of human resource professionals to ensure that the organization’s HR strategy is implemented effectively and complies with all relevant regulations, laws and employment standards.
- Experience in recruitment management. In addition to the day-to-day managerial function, the role will incorporate strategic and policy development aspects that will have medium term consequences on the operation of the function and perhaps impact elements of organization performance.
- Establish and maintain the HR planning, control and reporting activities.
- Responsible for the activities related to the process of payroll, aiming at guaranteeing the correct payment of employee within company parameters and according to current legislation.
Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resource Management
- At least 7 – 10 years of HR related experience (Manufacturing industry is a plus)
- Good interpersonal and communications skills
