A brief summary of your job responsibility:

• Implement, operate and manage service-wide network infrastructure systems and services.
• Configure and troubleshoot network devices, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points / controller.
• Perform regular maintenance and/or patching to ensure the security, efficiency, and reliability of the network infrastructure.
• Prepare detailed documentation and reports for network configurations, processes, and service records.
• Work with the operations leads in ensuring the smooth operations management and enhancement of the service-wide network infrastructure systems and services.

• Perform network automation, i.e. capturing user requests from portal, to triggering workflow and implementing backend changes such as routers, firewalls, switches, etc.
• Overseeing all stages of network automation including prototyping, design, development, testing, releases and post support, including continuous enhancements.

To succeed in this role, you will ideally have:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in network operations / implementation role
• Proven expertise in network switching and routing
• Strong understanding and hands-on experience in TCP/IP, NAT, QoS, Spanning-tree, Trunking, Dynamic routing (OSPF, BGP)
• Highly proficient with hands-on experience in one of the following network areas: DNS / DNSSEC, Proxy, VXLAN / Data Centre Network, MPLS / IPSec VPN / WAN / SD-WAN
• Proficient in configuring and managing firewalls (e.g. Palo Alto, Checkpoint, Cisco Firepower) and/or network load balancers
