• Contacting ICONICS support team, raising tickets to clarify issues, updating status of the issues, arranging monthly meeting with ICONICS, meeting minutes creating and sharing, distributing details of critical fixes, testing new requirements
• Referring technical specs, providing server and license requirement, attending to tender meetings
• Creating and amending technical guidelines for ICONICS, G5, third party integration, graphic creation, project management, D&A, network designing, license selection, server selection, training manual

Requirement :

• Candidate must possess Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechatronic or Electrical & Electronic Engineering
• Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
• Positive working attitude with pleasant personality
• Knowledge of C++/ Phyton/ PLC is needed

• Responsible for leading the planning and design of Mechanical engineering works for building services and infrastructure works.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering recognized by the Professional Engineers Board, Singapore
• Registered with the Professional Engineers Board, Singapore.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Mechanical engineering design for building services and infrastructure works. Those with more than 5 years of relevant experience may considered for a Senior role.
• Good working experience in a consulting firm with a proven track record in major development projects.
• Conversant with local codes and regulations, and authority submission procedures.
• Strong planning, organizational, and supervisory skills.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and/or Autodesk Revit is advantageous

Role Summary

You are responsible for identifying, assessing and advising on risks arising from the workplace health, environmental and/or work processes, recommending measures to eliminate or minimize and control the risks and implementing the measures.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct job and environment hazard and risk assessments, perform workplace evaluations, and implement corrective and preventive actions
• Apply relevant licenses, conduct tests and provide necessary inspection reports on environment and safety to drive improvement
• Lead and continually review existing and new Fab processes and equipment for EHS compliance, including managing waste, air, water, chemicals, gas and others
• Manage semiconductor process safety, establish Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) culture, implement and enhance the EHS program for employees and contractors
• Perform regular and ad-hoc inspections. audits and supervise hazardous operations safely
• Lead and facilitate ERC (Emergency Response Committee) related activities such as factory emergency response, fire, gas leak and others
• Collaborate with relevant departments for ISO14001, ISO45001, ISO14064, and ISO50001 management systems certification and compliance
• Provide technical, regulatory and process guidance to address emerging EHS issues

Education Qualification & Essential Experiences

• A bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering or Science background including Occupational Safety, Chemical Engineering or Chemistry, environmental science and emergency response or management
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in semiconductor, electronics manufacturing, or other chemically intensive manufacturing industries and regulatory compliance preferred.
• Possess industrial safety, environmental protection, and fire protection related certificates
• Must be available to travel to Taiwan for a training period lasting 6 to 9 months

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop, organize, govern, and manage projects within a set timeframe, ensuring customer commitments are met.
• Successfully execute New Product Introduction (NPI) projects, ensuring all specifications and requirements are met while advancing toward mass production, including identifying and mitigating potential risks.
• Collaborate with customers to define product specifications, requirements, costs, schedules, and quality standards.
• Prepare and provide quotations for tools and molded parts upon receiving a Request for Quotation (RFQ).
• Work closely with the internal tool design and engineering teams on design for manufacturing (DFM) and manage program documentation, technical updates, and engineering changes.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to secure new and additional projects, while expanding the customer base to strengthen the sales pipeline.

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Precision Engineering.
• Practical experience and knowledge in plastic injection, injection tool fabrication, or mechanical product design.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with effective presentation abilities.
• Demonstrated leadership skills to guide, motivate, and inspire the project team, ensuring quality output and commitment to deliverables.
