As our AI-Empowered Children's Storybook Visual GenAI Engineer, you will play a crucial role in bringing our stories to life. You will combine your technical skillset with the power of AI to develop models, processes and worflows to create captivating illustrations that resonate with our young audience. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and fine-tune generative AI models to create high-quality, personalized illustrations for children's storybooks.
• Design and implement workflows and processes that optimize AI-generated illustrations to align with narrative content.
• Collaborate with writers, illustrators, and educators to ensure visuals match the tone, values, and themes of the stories.
• Ensure that AI-generated content adheres to ethical and creative guidelines focused on child-friendly designs and nurturing morals.
• Conduct research and stay updated on the latest developments in generative AI for visual arts, specifically in children's storytelling.
• Enhance and refine the visual style of the storybooks based on user feedback and market trends.
• Assist in integrating AI models into the company's publishing workflow to enable easy personalization by end-users.
• Troubleshoot and improve the performance and accuracy of AI-generated content in alignment with creative objectives.

Key Qualifications:

• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python.
• Experience in AI and machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) preferred.
• Familiarity with generative models (GANs, VAEs, or diffusion models) and their application in visual content creation.
• Experience with creative design tools (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, Blender) and AI-driven design software.
• Demonstrated understanding of storytelling principles and how to visually communicate emotions, values, and concepts in children's media.
• Strong creative sensibility with a passion for children's education, storytelling, and illustration.

1. Prepare submission to client / Authority;

2. Monitor submission approval / necessary follow up;

3. Assist in project coordination & related site work activities;

• Manage and responsible day-to-day project operations including coordinating activities with sub-contractors and liaise with all party involved in the project;
• Plan, supervise, execute and follow-up on all project actions and schedules;
• Able to schedule, supervise and control sub-contractors/workers to carry out their works accurately and timely in accordance to the contract drawings and specifications;

- Continually review and build robust infrastructure to cater for long term growth of the company

- Build robust program for data extraction with failure retry with various queries (restful API, GraphQL, etc.)

- MUST have strong experience in SQL Programming, database design and dealing with large volume of data.

- Set up and maintain data warehouse for new product in-line with company’s growth

- Set up and maintain git workflow and control the deployment of code

- Review and audit database change to implement good control

- Review and optimise code from team member and coach others to write more efficient code

- Working closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements and providing technical solutions that meet their needs.

Requirements:

- Major in computer science, computer engineering, data analytics or other related technical field preferred

- At least 5-7 years of experience in data related fields
- Strong experience in developing with Python and SQL

- Solid understanding data modeling, indexing strategies, and query optimization

- Experience with distributed computing, parallel processing, and working with large datasets

- Strong experience in data lakes (integration of different data sources into the data lake)

- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows

- Experience in using Apache Airflow, DBT, Clickhouse, MongoDb, GCP and/or AWS will be an added advantage

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

• Handle customer support, commissioning and servicing on assigned company products.
• Responsible for servicing assignments for Southeast Asia region, maintain relationship with existing clients.
