An independent contributor role who is willing to learn and responsible to support, plan, develop, implement, integrate, deploy and test IT Security solutions and architectures that meet the client needs. This role will work closely with product vendors to ensure customer infrastructure is in good condition, handle patching process and maintain the IT security components. As a team player, the scope also involves evaluating and analyse security product solutions, product enablement to get familiar of the products’ usage, providing technical product demo(s), support on Pre & Post POC discussion, integration and maintenance service support.

Duties & Responsibilities

· Design, develop, and implement secure system architectures to meet security requirements. (portal requirement)

· Embed security principles into the design of system architectures to mitigate risks posed by new technologies and business practices. (portal requirement)

· Provide technical product demonstrations and support Pre & Post POC discussions, assisting customers in understanding security features and benefits.

· Analyze customer business requirements and recommend cybersecurity solutions that align with their needs.

· Design artefacts that describe security principles and their relationship to the overall enterprise system architecture. (portal requirement)

· Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure the integration and implementation of security solutions.

· Perform routine activities related to periodic reviews and audits of infrastructure security systems. (portal requirement)

· Support sales efforts in tender/RFQ/RFP/RFI processes by providing technical input and evaluations.

Job Holder’s Specifications

· Degree or Diploma in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems or equivalent (Fresh Grad who is willing to learn may apply);

· Minimum 3years of relevant work experience in IT security implementation and operations;

· Knowledge in Software Architecture, security design, Application layer of programming knowledge, understanding typical software development cycle, Basic knowledge on Complier/Linker do on application build in high level and basic knowledge on CI/CD and DevOps;

· Good to have knowledge for application hacking methodologies;

· Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skill;

· Effective written and verbal communication and presentation skills with fluent English and Mandarin.

· Able to perform well in a fast pace and high ambiguity environment.

Objectives of this position:

The objective of the position is to manage the extract/transform/load processes ensuring the data availability.

Responsibilities:

The holder of the position is mainly responsible for the following areas in coordination with his / her superior:

•Design, create, modify extract/transform/load (ETL) pipelines in Azure Data Fac-tory ensuring efficient data flow from source to destination.

•Ensure data accuracy and data integrity throughout the ETL processes via data validation, cleansing, deduplication, and error handling to ensure reliable and us-able data being ingested.

•Monitor the ETL processes and optimize ETL pipelines for speed and efficiency, addressing bottlenecks, and ensuring the ETL system can handle the volume, ve-locity, and variety of data.

•Participate in data modeling, designing of the data structures and schema in the data warehouse to optimize query performance and align with business needs.

•Work closely with different departments and IT team to under-stand data requirements and deliver the data infrastructure that supports business goals.

•Provide technical support for ETL systems, troubleshooting issues and ensuring the continuous availability and reliability of data flows.

•Ensure proper documentation of data sources, ETL processes and data architecture.

Requirements:

3 to 5 years of data engineering in Snowflake

3 to 5 years in upstream / downstream Retail industry and/or Supply Chain / Manufacturing domain

Sound Understanding of data quality principles and data governance best practices

Proficiency in data analytics languages like Python, Java, Scala, etc.

Knowledge of big data technologies like Hadoop, Spark and distributed computing frameworks to manage large scale data processing.

Proficient in using version control systems like Git for managing code and configurations.

SnowPro Core Certification and SnowPro Advanced Certification will be advantage

Responsibilities

• Partner with various technology teams to design and deliver a reliable, scalable, secure, and performant Windows and VMware platform.

• Stay current on technical trends to suggest innovative tools and approaches to interesting problems in the Bank.

You share your expertise with the entire Engineering /Operations organization.

• Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation and drive improvements using SRE practices.

• Actively participate in toil elimination, observability and monitoring improvements, knowledge management, error budget compliance, deployment designs and testing.

Skills/Requirement

• At least 5+ years’ experience on VMware virtualization and other Cloud Platform management (AWS, Azure).

• Expert in VMWare/AWS/Azure implementation, capacity planning and management, certification preferred.

• Hands-on experience on high availability solution (Clustering) and cloud-based platforms.

• Hands-on experience in new system setup, system hardening and basic infrastructure system tools.

• A passion for problem solving with strong analytical capabilities.

• Demonstrable web development experience, ability to write APIs.

• Know at least one of {Python, PowerShell, Go} at an intermediate level.

• Experience with Querying relational databases, and NoSQL databases.

• Experience in automating releases, continuous integration/delivery systems and relevant tools in infrastructure.

• Experience / understanding of AWS/Azure-based, cloud-native infrastructure and managed services, such as, EC2, S3 and other storage options, VPCs, IAM.

• Experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform or CloudFormation).

• Knowledge of configuration management systems like SCCM, Ansible.
