The Network and Security Engineer will be responsible for the initial support and maintenance of client network and security systems. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine network maintenance and system upgrades, including service packs, patches, and hotfixes.

• Identify and resolve network and security issues promptly.

Experience:

• 1-3 years of experience in network and security support.
• Familiarity with hardware replacements and basic to intermediate configuration tasks.
• Experience with network devices (routers, switches, firewalls).
• Proficiency in handling security patches, firmware updates, and vulnerability assessments.
• Basic understanding of incident management processes.
• Willingness to work in a 24x7 standby rotation.
