Responsibilities:

• Responsible for daily operations in the Diffusion CMP Equipment Module.
• Perform corrective & preventive maintenance on equipment to maintain good quality & productivity performance.
• Provide 24×7 support for troubleshooting equipment & problem solving in Factory operations floor.
• Maintain documentations for equipment installation, maintenance and troubleshooting procedures for reference purposes.
• Develop continuous improvement to enhance equipment reliability and cost of ownership.
• Drive innovation in factory automation, processes and systems to improve productivity.
• Coordinate, supervise & develop a team of high performance equipment engineers.

Requirements:

• Degree in Chemical/Electrical & Electronics/Materials/Mechanical/Microelectronics/Physics or equivalent
• Familiar with Mirra polishing tools and DNS Scrubber
• Highly motivated & strong team player

Job Requirements:

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

Experience:

• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in construction project management in Singapore.
• Hands-on experience with local construction projects and regulatory requirements.

Skills:

• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and CAD software.

Responsibilities:

• Inspect outgoing parts & incoming parts according to specification of inspection
• Maintain quality record and file quality data.
• Highlight quality problems to Managers for action.
• Ensure non-conforming products are not mixed with good products prior to disposition.
• Authorise the rejection of parts if found unsatisfactory.
• Authorise the release of conforming parts to be sent to the store for subsequent delivery to customers.
• Perform factory routine test and check of switchboards completed in the workshop.
• Testing and commission of switchboards on board vessels or on-site to the satisfaction of customers;
• Attend to warranty claims / quality complaints. Conduct tests on switchboards.
• Assist the Manager in quality responsibilities and achieving quality objectives.
• Maintain good housekeeping in the QA Department.
• Observe and adhere to safety rules during the performance of every task.
• Ensure the use of calibrated instrument for inspection.
• Initiate action to prevent the occurrence of Product Non-Conformity.
