1. Degree in Building/Construction Studies/Civil & Structural Engineering/Geological Science or equivalent

• Prepare ETL specifications, including mapping documents, transformation rules, validation criteria, and other essential information for ETL layer development.
• Collaborate with the modeling team to align data with the business and enterprise data models.
• Mentor team members and assist in development activities.
• Engage in testing and production deployment processes.
• Hands-on experience with Teradata and Control-M.

Essential Requirements:

• 10-12 years of relevant experience in SQL Server application development.
• Proficiency in Unix and shell scripting.
• Experience with Teradata Utilities (BTEQ, FastLoad, MultiLoad) and FSLDM.
• Skilled in composing DDL, DML, complex SQLs, joins, and views based on functional requirements, including performance tuning.
• Hands-on experience with Control-M Scheduling Tool.
• Work closely with Business Analysts to create technical mapping documents.
• Conduct System Integration Testing (SIT) and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) defect resolution.
• Strong SQL skills with proven performance tuning expertise.

Good to Have:

• Previous experience with similar banking use cases is highly desirable.

Technical/Professional Skills:

• Expertise in Teradata FSLDM and Control-M.
