JOB RESPONSBILITIES:

• Provide technical support for manufacturing operations
• Conduct process validation
• Perform maintenance, troubleshooting and calibration on Machines / Equipment
• Liaise with supplier on all technical purchases
• Co-ordinate with supervisor / leader on production schedule / audit / stock take etc.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is preferred.
• Possess basic technical troubleshooting skill.
• Work in cleanroom environment.

Work Location​: Tampines

Work Hours​: Monday to Friday (7am to 3pm /3pm to 11pm)

Responsibilities

• Coordinate department activities and projects to ensure quality and meet timelines

• Recommend and coordinate required changes based on process analysis

• Supervise staff in accordance to company policies and procedures

• Responsible to meet department productivity and quality goals

• Responsible for staff scheduling to include: work assignments/rotations, employee training, employee vacations, employee breaks, overtime assignment, back-up for absent employees, and shift rotations

• Conduct interview, hire new operators, and provide employee orientation

• Establish employee goals and conduct employee performance reviews

• Coach and provide career development advice to staff

Requirements

• Min "O" Level with 3 years relevant supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment

• Proficient in MS Office applications

• Good communication and leadership skills

• Good team player and interpersonal skills

• Plan materials requirement according to production schedule and to ensure optimal inventory levels
• Monitor production schedule to meet delivery requirement
• Work closely with Testing team and arrange production staff to work according to schedule

Requirements:

• At least 2 – 3 years’ relevant Production Planner experience in electronics manufacturing companies
• Possess good communication skills to communicate with internal stakeholders, customers, purchasing team and sub-contractors
• Experience with ERP system will be an added advantage
