• Support the Campus Services & Engineering (CSE) Team on other strategic operational programs of Business Development and Services / within the scope of CSE in the creation, engagement with supplier and governance during the entire time of engagement with partners (Service agreements, Lease agreements).

Role Requirements:

• Proficient and fluent in English.
• University degree in civil engineering, economic development, Finance or real estate management (Dipl. Ing., MSc or BSc). Secondary degree in Finance or MBA is an advantage.
• Additional education/requirements: Relevant training on Project Management (eg, PMP Certification) or strong track record in Project management experience.
• ≥ 5 years Project Management Experience (experience in a project management role with proven track record to manage complex projects in cross-functional teams).
• Experience in design and / or maintenance of Pharma utilities/facilities/infrastructure facilities.
• Good interdisciplinary technical knowledge.
• Experience in complex stakeholder management.
• Change management experiences.
• Extensive knowledge in Financials.
• Basic knowledge in Real Estate Facility management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in identifying and organizing requirements; apply usability procedures and principles effectively.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the oil and gas industry.
• Basic knowledge of Electrical Submersible Pumps (ESP); field experience is a plus.
• Strong technical knowledge in mechanical engineering principles.
• Proficient in performing calculations related to stress, strain, pressure, and torque.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluency in English is required.
• Self-motivated learner with the ability to work effectively both in teams and independently.

What a Manufacturing Engineer does at HP:

• Lead and own key manufacturing process in Graphics Falcon/G5i Printhead technology.
• Drives process characterization and improvements in collaboration with internal/external partners.
• Innovate on new forms of manufacturing technology (Smart Manufacturing) in line with Industrial 4.0 for cost savings and efficiency gains.
• Collaborate with PME and WW partners on process changes and convergence.
• Drive improvement plans on sustainable performance on quality, yield and throughput.

Individuals who do well in this role at HP, usually possess:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent.

• Experience with JMP, Excel, Power BI would be an advantage.
