Occupation: Assembly and Quality Check Supervisor

Job Summary:

The Production Supervisor oversees the daily operations of the assembly line, ensuring efficient workflow, quality control, and adherence to safety protocols. This role is responsible for supervising a team involved in assembling products and performing quality checks to maintain high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assembly Supervision: Coordinate assembly line tasks, ensuring timely and efficient production.
• Quality Control: Conduct regular checks to ensure products meet quality standards before release.
• Team Management: Lead and motivate the production team, monitor performance, and provide guidance on best practices.
• Safety Compliance: Enforce safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
• Process Optimization: Identify areas for process improvement and work to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in production or assembly line supervision.
• Strong knowledge of quality control standards and procedures.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Leads the department heads to simplify the work process, reducing costs and increase process efficiency.
• Security management of the factory.
• Manpower planning.
• Resolve all operational issues together with the departments involved.
• Able to work effectively both independently and in a team.
• Check the work done by the employee are up to standard.
• Involving in implementing strategies for operational management and development to meet organizational plans and goals.
• Strong cost management, analytical and conceptualization skills.

• Overseeing the entire production process of signs, from design to installation
• Ensuring the materials used in production meet quality standards
• Coordinating with design teams to ensure client specifications are met
• Assist workers for the installation and make sure the proper installation been done
• Managing production schedules and timelines to ensure timely delivery of products
• Inspecting the finished products for accuracy and quality
• Handling machinery and tools used in the production of signs
• Maintaining proper inventory of materials and ordering supplies as needed
• Ensuring the safety of the production area and adhering to health and safety regulations
• Training and supervising production staff
• Resolving any issues or delays in the production process.
• Meeting with clients to discuss their requirements and provide updates on the progress of their orders
• Able to work Midnight shift
• Able to standby 24/7, Must be able to report for work on short notice at times
• Able to work on weekens and publi holidays
• At least 2 year's experience in similar role

Project Supervisor

Requirements

• Fluent in English – reading, writing and speaking

• Demonstrate the attitude or competence for assigned responsibilities

• Physically fit – the role requires walking, lifting, bending and other physical

• Possessing BCSS certification will be a plus

Factory Foreman Requirements:

• Ability to independence to handle all such of work at factory or at site.
• Ability to draw manually favorable, but not essential.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, design, and implement efficient manufacturing processes to improve productivity, quality, and safety.
• Conduct process simulations and tests to evaluate the feasibility of new processes.
• Provide maintenance and come up with a maintenance schedule for machines, jigs and fixtures.
• Lead and manage engineering projects from concept to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Develop project plans, including schedules, resources, and budgets.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality, and maintenance, to ensure project success.
• Implement Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies to enhance process efficiency.
• Ensure all processes and projects comply with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation plans to ensure a safe working environment.
• Prepare and maintain detailed process documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
• Provide training and support to production staff on new processes and equipment.
• Conduct time study to get UPH.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in process engineering orproject management
• Proficiency in process simulation software (e.g., Aspen Plus,HYSYS).
• Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles.
• Knowledge of CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) is preferred.
• PMP certification is a plus.
• Experience in production
