Work as a team to ensure the production is running smooth. Need to learn from the preparation and understand the production operation flow. Help other employees to complete the daily output;
Create, update and maintain SAP system;
Highlight, feedback and suggest during and/or after the monthly staff meeting;
Other projects and assignments as instructed or delegated by management and director

Requirement:
Diploma with Engineering Chemical or Chemistry background will be advantage
At least 2-3 years manufacturing work experience required
Independent thinker who acts and decides objectively and with integrity
Willing to learn new things and hands on
Excellent communication so as to provide training and coaching to team member and also to handle queries from clients/associates
ISO 14001, ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 knowledge will be advantage
Computer literate

Job Title: Production Planner (ID4626)
Location: : Seletar
Working Hours: Mon – Fri 8.00am-5.30pm
Salary: $2500-$3000

Job Scope (Responsibilities):
• Manage and plan for raw materials and standard components to ensure materials availability to support production plans
• Review MRP requirements, issue purchase orders and coordinate with raw materials supplier and forwarder to ensure supply requirements are met
• Coordinate and communicate between production, quality and sub contractors to ensure optimal flow of the parts in the production and minimise downtime
• Work collaboratively with customers, update them on the delivery schedule and adjust the schedule base on customers’ schedule in and schedule out of the parts
• Generate Job Orders, monitor and follow up with production to ensure Job Orders are completed within the targeted timeframe
• Prepare order shipping in the system and coordinate with forwarders to ensure on time delivery to customers
• Manage and maintain proper records for each project
• Prepare monthly sales forecast
• Perform cost analysis for project

Job Description:
Perform and fulfil daily production such as capping, packing of goods into carton boxes
Conduct weight check and quality check
Cleaning up, mopping the floor, dispose of rubbish of the production areas
Load and unload goods onto pallets
Prepare cartons and labelling
Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by direct supervisor or management

Able to lift heavy items (20+ to 30kg)
