Key Responsibilities:

• Taking full responsibility for overseeing manufacturing plant operations within your jurisdiction, spanning warehousing, production, quality control, tool procurement, maintenance etc.
• Developing efficient workflows to ensure seamless plant operations year-round
• Directly supervising daily activities at the manufacturing plant, actively involved in operations
• Leading and managing a team of production technicians to achieve daily objectives
• Enforcing and upholding high manufacturing standards to enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality
• Addressing potential production challenges promptly and coordinating solutions with the team
• Managing supply chains for raw materials, packaging, and machinery for both existing and new products
• Ensuring comprehensive training for new hires and adherence to standard operating procedures by all employees
• Conducting trials and pilot testing for new products
• Compiling both quantitative and qualitative data for reporting and analysis purposes
• Creating weekly and monthly production schedules

Qualifications:

• Previous experience and expertise in production planning and overseeing production operations, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
• Preferred background in the Food and Beverage (F&B) manufacturing sector, with familiarity with F&B certifications such as BRC and FSSC22000, as well as local regulations such as those from SFA and NEA
• Passionate about the alternative protein industry and eager to expand knowledge in this emerging field
• Highly motivated and driven individual who excels both independently and as part of a team
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective interaction with internal and external stakeholders
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail
• Proficient in planning, organization, and project management

Job Scope
-perform contract review on purchase orders

-To create sales order in oracle system with accurate data entry to fulfill customer`s requirements

-Management/Updated of production planning file

-to close sales work order and prepare product certification documents

-liaise with customer on some expectation/requirements.

-Preparation of regular reports

-answering phone calls and emails

• 3 to 6 years of experiences. Perform work in shifts to provide 24/7 on-site or on-call support
• To support linux/Java/MariaDb applications.
• Incident and Problemmanagement
• Should have knowledge on SRE. Best practices and able to adhere to SRE guidelines in the work.
• Provide root cause analysis techniques to determine cause and resolve complex system issues.
• Perform post-resolution follow-ups to ensure problems have been adequately resolved.
• Communicate application problems and issues to key stakeholders, including management, development teams, end users, and unit leaders.
• Work with onsite and offshore teams across multiple technologies/applications
• Continuous improvement of the system, eq. removal of TOIL, job automation, performance tuning.
• Proactive management of production services by measuring and monitoring availability, latency, throughput, user journeys and overall system health.

1. Shift Timing
   1. Morning shift 6am to 3pm
   2. General shift 9am to 6pm.
   3. Afternoon shift 2pm to 11pm
   4. Night shift 10pm to 7am.

Need to support including night shift, weekends and public holidays

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES / KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assistant to the Department Head: Formulate and implement improvement plans for your own department in collaboration with other departments, and summarize the improvements in a report
• Production Scheduling and Materials Management: Oversee production schedules to ensure efficient utilization of resources. Ensure materials needed for production are ordered, for timely delivery of the products
• Production Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPI) related to production output, yield and quality. Analyze data to identify trends, address deviations working with subordinates and report to the department head
• Factory Automation: Implement factory automation plan, in collaboration with Equipment Eng team, and continuously improve it towards the goal of achieving lights-out automation
• Production Capacity Improvement: Plan and implement improvements to production capacity
• Quality Assurance: Ensure that manufacturing processes adhere to quality standards and regulatory requirements and implement quality improvement measures to minimize defects and rework
• Manufacturing Cost Reduction: Devise and implement plans to reduce manufacturing costs and implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality or safety
• Work Environment Improvement (Safety and Hygiene): Enhance the safety and hygiene of the workplace. Create and revise work procedures
• Facility Troubleshooting: Collaborate with related departments to resolve facility issues
• Directing Shift Leaders: Provide appropriate instructions to shift leaders. Ensure thorough communication of information to subordinates
• Emergency Contact: Contact relevant parties according to the communication plan in case of emergencies

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

1. High school diploma or equivalent qualifications and experience
2. Experience in similar roles within a manufacturing department is a plus

• SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS

1. Proficient in using computers, including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for creating documents
2. Basic understanding of Quality Management Systems (e.g., IATF, ISO)
3. Basic understanding of Environmental Management Systems
4. Knowledge of occupational health and safety is desirable
5. Understanding of chemicals regulations (laws, SDS, GHS) is desirable
6. Basic understanding of Business Continuity Planning (BCP)

Job Description:
• Work closely with supervisor/manager to ensure production planning run smoothly and give support to the team.
•Coordinator between Admin and QA for any production issue.
•Ensure production output data are accurate and perform monitoring check.
•To be responsible of production data collection and data entry.
•Data key in for raw material withdrawal record, finished goods production.
•Ensure all the inspection record by production operators are accurately and comply with requirement
