Overall Job Purpose

The COE will reports to COE Lead and maintains responsibility for hands-on leadership in managing and supporting PTP (procure-to- pay), and related modules within MODEC’s global SAP system. This position represents the module expertise and will be responsible for maintaining and enforcing business processes, standard procedure, and template policy for SAP Procure-to-Pay process (MM module). This position will also be carrying out project planning and management for minor or medium scale projects.

Job Requirements:

Job Description

As a Laboratory Technologist in NUS Centre for Additive Manufacturing, the incumbent needs to work on the following areas:

• Operate and maintain various 3D printing machines and other facilities in the laboratory.
• Provide 3D printing services with metals, ceramics, polymers, etc., and support NUS researchers, industry and hospitals in projects related to 3D printing.
• Help Laboratory Manager in safety management and procurements of consumables, etc.
• Provide technical support and user training in 3D printing.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent in Engineering, Design, Biomedical or Material Sciences.
• 1 year of working experience.
• Prior knowledge or experience in operating high-end 3DP equipment and/or experience in product design will be a plus in the job.
• Self-motivated, and a good team player

Responsibilities

• Responsible for attending the customer complaints and develop resolution
• Responsible in planning and coordinating with the Production on non-conformance product screening as well as conducting containment measures and minimizes DMR issued by customers
• Responsible for providing engineering support to Internal Departments related to quality and technical issues

Requirements

• Min Degree in Mechanical Engineering or its equivalent
• Min 1 years of working experience in process or fixture designs
