Accountable for the strategies to grow the organization’s customer base and increase the overall revenue thru identifying new opportunities, building relationships, and implementing plans to drive sustainable growth and sustainability growth. Your responsibilities include:

• Identify and develop growth strategies for the organization to stay ahead as a leading TAC in Singapore.
• Actively engage with members to raise awareness of sustainability transformation efforts and government plans.
• Seek out business opportunities and viable income streams by establishing partnerships and collaborations. Collaborating with other businesses or organizations to leverage each other's strengths, expand reach, and create mutually beneficial opportunities.
• Cultivating and maintaining relationships with potential members, partners, investors, and other stakeholders. Building trust and rapport is crucial for successful business development.
• Identifying and attracting potential members and partners who could benefit from the organization’s services. This involves cold calling, networking, attending industry events, and utilizing online marketing strategies.
• Work with internal teams to identify and map the organization’s business strengths to stakeholders’ needs. Converting leads into actual customers through effective sales techniques and negotiation by understanding the members’ needs and tailoring solutions to meet them.
• Assessing potential risks and challenges associated with new ventures or strategies and developing mitigation plans.

Requirements

• At least a Bachelor Degree in Manfactueing or a related field.
• Min 3-5 years of experience
• Prior experience in business development, sales or related role.
• Strong understanding of sales strategies, lead generation, and relationship building.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• Results-oriented mindset with a track record of exceeding targets
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

RESPONSIBILITIES

To support outdoor broadcast operation on the requirement of power services and the deployment of electrical facility.

Responsibilities

• Advise the team on electrical practises and safe measure in broadcast deployment.
• Assist the TP in his execution of role and to support media playback in production.
• Risk assessment and contingency plan.
• Organize and pre-plan on power requirement in OB operation.
• Field recce and deployment of electrical requirements on the ground of operation.
• Setup of distribution requirement and cabling work for outdoor broadcast.
• To service and monitor power utilities to ensure reliable operation.
• To support the TP in other areas of production e.g., media playback, vision operation when available.
• Preventive maintenance, check, and repair of OB electrical gear.
• Workplace safety & health practices.
• Keep abreast with the technology movement where applicable.

• NITEC in Electrical Engineering or Diploma
• 2 years of relevant experience
• Proficient in power requirement on OB operations, suitcase setup and OB truck deployment.
• Familiar in OB visual operations, assist in media playback function and technical setup.
